Family D.

This Family were such awesome sports and their daughter... Let me tell you. I was a little worried as I barely do kids over 2-3 years but she is such a doll.
She even took my hand to walk back to where we parked the car. She reminded me a lot of my 4 year old. All for nature, animals and flowers... I just love kids like that. 

That's what it is all about to be a kid, right? Being outside, being interested in the stuff that is going on outside, the nature... But I'm trailing off the actual Topic here... 

So let's just show off the Images they get to choose from. Kind of glad I'm not in their shoes, because I'm not sure if I could decide which ones i want. I love them all...

Birdies.....

Early April a Birdie-mommy_to_be was building this nest in our yard, right in front of me and now the babies have hatched and grow at a speed that's amazing.
I take a picture every 3-4 days to keep track on them. It's so nice to be able to see them grow, be a part of all this somehow.
I can't even imagine to be not living in the middle of nowhere. I love this and will miss it dearly when we have to leave 2015, specially if our next assignment will be the US. My husband already considers Arlington (Texas) a village. Well if you grew up here in Germany or have lived there before you know that that's just not true.

Anyway, i didn't wanna get into this at the moment. I just wanted to point out how much I love it here in Bavaria. With all the nature surrounding me. The woods and farms =)

Mommy to be starts on her nest and seems to be done in no time. Amazing how their instincts just know what to do, how to build a nest. It's like glued on there.

Shortly after that she laid 3 eggs. Sadly I didn't capture the tree eggs... =(

I got to capture this. 

It seemed like they hatched not to long ago. Super naked and puffy, closed eyes. Mommy and Daddy take turns to feed the little ones. I'm just super glad that the cats from this neighborhood now fear my yard... lol

They grew so much in the past 4 days, gained weight and also got more feathers as you can see. I will have to take a Picture every 3-4 days to make sure to not miss any of it. Does that sound insane... ?
My kids actually love the Pictures and my oldest wants to know everything. How they grow, what they eat, how mommy and daddy takes care of them, when and how they learn to fly away...ect.
I'm so proud of my 4 year old daughter, so glad she seems to come after me in that department. =)

When i just took a picture of the Birdies i noticed that almost all there feathers came in and they are even bigger now. Less room in the nest. =)

I think it's time to give them names. 

Tick, Trick und Track as we call them here in Germany, if your from the states your probably more familiar with Huey,Dewey and Louie. =)
